Steady Within: A 6-Week ADHD & Nervous System Program

Living with ADHD or AuDHD can feel exhausting - racing thoughts, overwhelm, self-doubt, and emotional intensity can become part of daily life. You might feel like your brain is working against you, or that you’re “too much” for the world around you.

This 6-week program is here to offer something different. It’s a gentle, structured, and compassionate space for women to:

  • Understand how their ADHD brain and nervous system respond to stress, overwhelm, and emotional triggers

  • Learn practical strategies that work with their neurodivergent brain - not against it

  • Reconnect with themselves, feel more grounded, and begin building self-trust

  • Experience the support of a small group of women who truly understand

Through a combination of therapeutic insight, somatic practices, and practical tools, this program supports you to move from feeling overwhelmed and disconnected → to more steady, supported, and in control of your experience

Why This Group Is Different

This program has been designed to support women with ADHD from both a professional and lived perspective.

Hi, I’m Cate. I’m a counsellor and somatic therapist who:

  • Specialises in nervous system regulation, attachment patterns, and ADHD/AuDHD support

  • Brings lived experience of ADHD, alongside parenting a child with ADHD

  • Integrates somatic practices, mindfulness, and practical neuro-affirming strategies

This means you’re not just learning information, you’re being supported in a way that is deeply understanding, realistic, and grounded in real life.

Together, we focus on helping you feel:

  • safer and more settled in your body

  • calmer and clearer in your mind

  • more confident in your choices and direction

This isn’t about forcing yourself to be “normal” or following generic productivity advice.

It’s about understanding your brain, supporting your nervous system, and learning how to live in a way that feels more aligned, steady, and sustainable for you.

Reconnect with yourself. Regulate your nervous system. Thrive in your ADHD brain.

  • I’m a Professional Counsellor and Somatic Therapist specialising in nervous system regulation, attachment, and ADHD/AuDHD support.

    I bring:

    • Professional expertise in supporting women with ADHD and attachment patterns

    • Lived experience of navigating life with ADHD myself and raising a child with ADHD

    • Practical, somatic, neuro-affirming tools to help you feel safe, regulated, and confident

This is a space where you are affirmed, supported, and empowered - not pathologised.

  • This group is for you if you:

    • Are diagnosed with ADHD or AuDHD, or suspect you might be

    • Struggle with overwhelm, emotional intensity, or overthinking

    • Want to understand your nervous system and how it shapes your responses

    • Are tired of masking or trying to do life the “normal” way

    • Crave a safe, understanding space to connect with women who truly get it

No diagnosis is required - you just need curiosity, commitment to yourself, and a willingness to show up for your growth.

  • This is your space to:

    • Feel seen, understood, and supported in your ADHD/AuDHD brain

    • Learn tools to calm overwhelm, regulate emotions, and manage racing thoughts

    • Reconnect with yourself and your internal safety and confidence

    • Build practical strategies that fit your brain rather than forcing yourself to fit the world

    • Connect with a community of women who understand your experience

Each 90-minute session is designed to feel structured, supportive, and not overwhelming, and includes:

  • Clear, gentle guidance to help you understand how ADHD and your nervous system work together

  • Somatic practices to support regulation, grounding, and a greater sense of internal steadiness

  • Practical, ADHD-friendly strategies for managing overwhelm, procrastination, focus, and emotional intensity

  • A small, supportive group space where you can share (if you choose) and feel less alone in your experience

  • Simple reflections and take-home practices to help you integrate what you learn into daily life

Each week builds on the last, helping you move from understanding → to practical support → to greater self-trust.
