I’m a ACA (Australian Counselling Association) Qualified Counsellor who supports individuals, adolescents, and parents navigating anxiety, overwhelm, ADHD, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, and emotional disconnection. I offer a warm, collaborative, and holistic approach that helps clients better understand themselves, their patterns, and the deeper experiences shaping how they think, feel, and relate.

About Cate

My approach combines evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, Attachment Theory, and the Circle of Security, alongside somatic practices (including optional Kinesiology) to support nervous system regulation and deeper emotional healing. Somatic therapy focuses on the connection between the mind and body, helping you notice and work with how stress, emotions, and past experiences are held within the nervous system. I believe meaningful change happens when we work with both the mind and body, helping you feel more grounded, connected, and equipped to navigate life with greater confidence and self-awareness.
