I’m Cate, a qualified professional counsellor based in Sydney, experienced in supporting Individuals, Adolescents, and Parents through life’s challenges.

Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, Attachment Theory, and the Circle of Security — combined with Somatic Practices including Kinesiology — I work holistically with mind, body, and nervous system to support meaningful, lasting change.

I help clients navigate many challenges including but not limited to; overwhelm, anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting, and ADHD by creating a safe and compassionate space tailored to your unique journey.
